Join us in celebrating community and connection at WMODA on Saturday, March 21st, at 2:00 pm to unveil our new temporary installation, Amulets of Light. Artist Chelsea Rousso received a grant from the Broward County Cultural Division for a series of Amulets of Light workshops across the county, which provided a space for healing and creativity.
All the amulets created throughout Broward County will come together to form the Amulets of Light exhibition, on display at WMODA through May 17. In a world filled with negativity, uncertainty, and emotional overload, this project and the installation it has formed demonstrate how art can be a tool for light, connection, and personal empowerment.
