We are expanding our volunteer team of Gallery Guides at WMODA and look forward to welcoming more recruits this month as we launch our summer training sessions. On Wednesday mornings in July, August and September, Louise Irvine, our Executive Director and Curator, will be holding classes for interested volunteers to learn more about gallery guiding and the WMODA collection.

Our WMODA Gallery Guides enhance the visitor experience by providing a welcoming and engaging environment for guests of all ages. They facilitate learning by sharing information and answering questions about the exhibits. They also aim to spark curiosity and encourage discussions tailored to appeal to different groups and interests. The goal of our Gallery Guides is to make WMODA more accessible and meaningful for everyone.
